Storer Contact Details

Please read the “Conditions of Storage” below carefully, as by submitting this form the Storer will be bound by them.

1. The only service provided to the Storer, by Connett Road Storage is a licence to use a space provided by Connett Road Storage for the sole purpose of storing goods. No other goods or services are provided by Connett Road Storage Ltd.
2. Connett Road Storage is not liable for the loss of any goods stored on its’ premises.
3. The Storer must not store hazardous, dangerous, illegal, stolen, perishable, environmentally harmful or explosive goods in Connett Road Storage.
4. The Storer must ensure the goods are dry, clean, free from vermin and food scraps when placed in the space provided by Connett Road Storage.
5. The space will only be accessible during the hours of 7.00am to 7.00pm daily.
6. 7 (seven) days notice must be given by either party for termination of this Agreement.
7. The Storer must notify Connett Road Storage of all changes of address and contract details provided in this Agreement.
8. Goods are stored at the Storer’s sole risk and the Storer should notify their insurance company that the goods are in storage or take out sufficient cover.
9. All payments are to be made in advance by the Storer.
10. Bond will be refunded in full or part payment, after inspection of shed has been made and any access cards or remotes returned
11. Failure to pay for the space in advance will result in the following default schedule:
    1. After 7 (seven) days of payment being overdue, your passcode will be suspended by Connett Road Storage until payment is received.
    2. After 14 days of payment being overdue, your space will be over-locked by Connett Road Storage and any entry will be deemed as trespassing.
    3. After 31 days of payment being overdue, the goods being held within the Storer’s space will become the property of Connett Road Storage.
